currency exchange policyroom discrepancy
the currency exchange thing was a bit of a mess. i arrived super late and they insisted i pay in the local currency. i get it (sort of), but the rate they offered was, shall we say, less than stellar. also, the room i booked was supposed to have two beds, but i ended up with a king. had to repack and move the next day (not fun).

low exchange ratehighway noise
the currency exchange policy is frankly absurd. i arrived late and was pressured to exchange usd at a rate much lower than the standard. this felt exploitative. also, the highway noise penetrated the room despite claims of soundproofing. the constant drone was very disruptive.

the staff was quick to respond to my queries. the rooms include constant water (it was very useful). there was a free transfer to the mall.
The breakfast was not very diverse. it was crowded there and the place was not very clean. the hot water was difficult to adjust in the shower. It was hard to balance.
